Fulfillment Policy
Orders are processed at the time they are received. After payment has been authorized and verified, orders make take up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.
We estimate that shipping will take 1-2 business days from the date the order was shipped. You will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that there may be some shipping delays outside of our control such as weather and issues within the carrier. We will use USPS to ship orders, but we reserve the right to select an alternative carrier to meet shipping requirements. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping is FREE!
To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we ask that you make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information. WYB is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
Refund Policy
We are passionate about customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to return the item for a full refund or exchange. The returned item must be in the same condition as when you purchased it (unworn & unwashed) and in its original packaging. We will cover the cost of shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. “Sale” items are final sale.
