We are passionate about uplifting the Spirits of all Women, young and old.  So we work closely with Alternatives For Girls (“AFG”), a nonprofit organization located in Southwest Detroit.  AFG serves victims of sex trafficking, homeless women,  and at-risk teens.  The organization provides emergency shelter, assistance to independent living, and other resources to women and girls.  It came to our attention that none of the women of AFG had an opportunity to attend their own high school prom.   In Summer of 2019, we partnered with AFG to host a “Prom” for the women.  We planned and sponsored a charity basketball game to help raise funds for the prom.  We also collected dresses, shoes, and accessories from women in the local area.  Please take a look at the photos from the charity basketball game and the prom! We also participated in AFG’S Project Giving Tree and adopted a deserving family.
